Oh wow

I want to send a huge thank you to my friends who reintroduced me to Indian food last night. The last time I entered an Indian restaurant I was 19 and I swore never again. Last night, I am embarrassed to say, I think I giggled a few times. Every taste was delectable. The curries, the cilantro, the naan, the lentils! I even ate some of the green pea dish. (I hate green peas). Going with a group that consisted of half meat lovers and half vegetarians helped to introduce some dishes I would have never tried otherwise. I will be dreaming of that meal for a while. Did someone say they have a lunch buffet?

Ok so I too tried Indian food for the first time a couple years ago while in L.A. Electric Karma I believe was the name and I too swore never again after a rough night in the bathroom the color orange still scares me. However I guess I should give it another try however I cannot agree with you on the Naan it really just seems like burnt tostitos to me:)

I'll have to give that place a second shot sometime. Wasn't too impressed with my first round. A date with the hubby last night was much needed though!!

If you liked india mahal, you need to try the Curry Pot on Lee Hwy near Shallowford Road. It is by far the best Indian Food in Chattanooga, and they also have a lunch buffet! They are my favorite!
