I know there's probably a right way to do cake truffles. But here's how I do it. Take one half cake leftover from a 5 year old's birthday extravaganza. Throw it in the food processor and blend until it looks like pudding. Just toss the whole cake in, frosting and all. Spread out in a cake pan. Chill. Scoop out tablespoon balls and place on parchment paper. Coat with melted white chocolate. Then drizzle with semi-sweet chocolate. Store in freezer and take as treats to sweet new friends.
