natalie's sentiments: Picture Spring Photo Challenge May 14th

After participating in the online class - Picture Spring, I am anxiously awaiting Picture Summer - 30 days of splashy seasonal celebration, starting July 1st. Would you like a seat as well??? Big Picture Scrapbooking has offered me three seats to Picture Summer to giveaway! This is a great way to jump start your photography by seeing the beauties surrounding you on a daily bases. This project will fill your inbox with daily, season-inspired prompts that will encourage you to look through your lens, shoot from the heart and gain a new perspective each day, with each picture you take. You upload your photos to the class gallery for your classmates to comment on and then can browse through your classmates entries. I recommend this class especially for moms, who may be suffering a bit from the daily monotony of life. This really gives you something to look forward to every day. I loved seeing what other people posted. I was incredibly inspired.

I thought I would make this more fun than a regular giveaway. To enter, I want you to post on your blog a springtime photo that you personally took. Use my photos themes for ideas if you like. Then come back here and link up so that we can see them. You have two weeks, so if you haven't taken anything lately, go out and capture something lovely. I will post my three favorite photos at the end of the contest. The winners will not only receive a seat to Picture Summer, they will get to post a winners button on their sidebar showing off their accomplishment. You don't have to have a fancy camera or any serious photography skills. This is just for fun.

Rules:

Post a springtime photo you have personally taken and link up below. Please have all photos linked by May 31st. I will announce the winners the first week of June. If you can't figure out how to use the Mister Linky below, leave a comment below telling me you posted it and I will do it for you.

You can add up to three photos, and they can be at different times in different posts.

In your post, link back to this post and also post the "Picture Summer" logo above. Email me if you have any questions.

I can't wait to see your photos! Make sure to check out everyone's photos and leave comments :) Nice way to brighten someone's day.
